Intricate bird decorations is not a new thing. These are from the 60s and 70s. If you've been following my blog you might recall having seen the top two dishes here before (both Figgjo Flint). The other two are new additions: the small blue and white dish is from Porsgrund while my favorite of the lot – the one in the bottom right hand corner is another Figgjo Turi-design item, the name is "Grill".

beautiful!
I'm loving intricate bird designs lately (particularly the ceramic kind).
These were just lovely! Figgjo is just fantastic when it comes to prints and design.
Oh! Your beautiful ceramics make my heart sing! I love love love them all ....
I have got just the same Turi design "Grill" plate, and I love the print! Unfortunately there are not a lot of items of just this design on the market. I'd love to get my hands on a couple of tea cups, but so far I've not had any luck and just have to look at photos of them.
Beautiful new additions to your collection! I'm not familiar with Porsgrund, off to do some fun research now...
The one top left is also very nice. What design is that from Figgjo?
I also have a large serving plate with the grill design. Bought on a trading site together with another Figgjo serving tray and a terrine bowl for 15 euros! Makes me a very happy person.
Just bought the top left one on the dutch online marketplace called marktplaats. Had to pay 25 euros but I really really wanted it. Together with my 'grill' serving dish I have a beautiful birds collection. I'm so stoked!!!
Wonderful!
