Shed update

Our garden shed is finally finished built. Thanks to my dad and his assistant, Frankie. Just some skirting boards left to put up, and it's all tickety-boo. Parts of the shed is built from recycled material - hence the green door... It all needs to be painted now – dark brown, to fit in with the grander scheme of things in the neighbourhood. Tomorrow I will start moving stuff out of what has been our main storage room up until now and into the shed, in order to free up space for my workshop. Yay. At last.

Sunday is Norway's national holiday, with all that that involves. I might post from that later. Have a jolly nice May weekend, all!

Very cool shed! The interior is so nice, I would like to put a tiny bed in there and steal away for naps.

This shed has turned out fantastic! My husband just looked over my shoulder as I was looking at it and was very admirable (and perhaps a little jealous) of it!!
Hope you enjoyed the weekend celebrations.

Hey that looks cool. A long time in the making perhaps but worth the wait! Your dad must be pretty pleased with himself? What will he go onto now? Any more projects for him up your sleeve?

Looks fantastic and I'm loving the green door.
In Australia our garden sheds are made of tin and we put lawn mowers, old paint tins and any other crap that is laying around, nothing like your little gem of a shed.

Hello, thanks for dropping by the MiM blog.

Your shed is wonderful!! I agree with Mel Bomba. Our sheds are crappy and filled with junk. Your shed looks too good to use as just storage.
