Figgjo fajanse Barcarole

I've been on the lookout for this pattern by Figgjo for some time – it's called Barcarole. I love the color combination. Seeing as I collect little lidded pots, I was very pleased that I managed to bargain this online.

PS. If you wonder about the orange lighter in the picture, it's a vintage Emalox design.

My mother, who died lately, left us some plates (10 dinner plates and 8 soup plates) and 2 covered dishes with the same patron!! Can you give me information about the year it is produced?.

Hi Anonymous.. Congratulations on owning such a stylish set of plates. I wish I could say I know the production year, but I'm afraid I'm not an expert at Figgjo Fajanse (although I wish I was!). I will have to make an educated guess that it dates from between 1965-1975. Hope this helps!

Hi,

My parents got a whole set of dishes for their wedding in 1964. I have been collecting Barcarole and I can say that I have the total set complete, only missing 3 milk cups.
