This fondue set was a bargain on ebay. I'd been wanting one for a long time, and there it was - a complete Cathrineholm set. The only problem is - I've never tried fondue before... If anyone reading this have any tips, bring them on!
Oh, I`ve been trying to get a hold of one of these in ages! I have to keep looking though. I recommend trying out a japanese shabushabu with this one. There is a great recipe here: http://blue_moon.typepad.com/blue_lotus/2007/10/post-2.html You can get loads of the ingredients at Japantorget at Majorstua, and the fresh greens at an asian store in storgata. It uses broth instead of oil, and that makes it much lighter. Yum!
What's blogging my view is a lot of things; Interiors, architecture, ceramics, patterns, textiles, people, dogs, music, travelling and shopping to mention the more frequent distractions.
