The Danish house is amazing- have such a fondness for this style of architecture. Wish I could offer some advice regarding decks, the different shaped slabs on pebbles looks quirky and cool but I wonder how stable they would be. Good luck with the project.Juniperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16779192722462442800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6865000462828346744.post-23785170631930412782009-09-03T07:49:17.180-07:002009-09-03T07:49:17.180-07:00Thanks for linking to my blog, and for your compli...Thanks for linking to my blog, and for your compliment Janne! I love your house, and cannot wait to see your patio when it is finished.

My husband and I put down a walkway with pavers & pebbles, and were very happy with the finished walkway. I think they key is the preparation of the base substrate for stability. Decomposed granite makes a great solid base. Any further leveling of the pavers was done with sand. We put porous weed cloth under the pavers and pebbles to keep it low maintenance.Marsi @ The Cottage Cheesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01930251048275030065noreply@blogger.com
